How Does Shipping Work?

Once your order is placed and we ship the package out, we will e-mail you a the tracking number to track your package. Please note that we does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

How Do I Ship Internationally?

Place your order online add the address the country your shipping to and Select which shipment method is good for you .

My order is damaged! What do I do?

For damaged orders, please contact us. Most likely, your package was damaged in transit via shipping. If we establish that the product was indeed damaged in transit, we will file a damage claim and reship you a replacement box.  

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, Desert Delights Food Products does not accept returns.

How Do I order

To order online, simply go to our Shop section, choose whichever products you would like, and click add to cart. Once the products are in the cart, you can choose whom the order is being shipped to. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct .  Add your greeting Messages and place your order

Can I Modify My Shipping Method If I Currently Placed An Order?

If you placed an order online or over the phone and want to change your shipping method, please contact us right away within the same day the order was placed. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that the order has not yet shipped. Once the order is shipped out, we can no longer change the shipping method.

All Orders placed will be Shipped Out next business Day.

• Business Days are Monday - Friday.

• Saturday and Sunday are not working days therefore UPS does Not pick up or deliver.
